Accessible electric vehicle charging with smart charging systems
In Solna, Stockholm, Voltiva has been tasked with installing charging stations in the Laboratoriet housing cooperative. In the garage which has 100 spaces, the cooperative has chosen Voltiva to invest in charging stations for all parking spots.
The solution consists of 100 charging outlets, connected to Voltiva’s operations center using AddSecure Link. This allows the operations center to have full control over the functionality of the charging stations and receive information if any of the charging stations were to malfunction.
“We exclusively work with smart connected charging systems, which means the charger is always in contact with our system platform. The collaboration we have with AddSecure enables a very smooth local installation for our partners who set up SIM cards and perform the local system configuration. And most importantly, it allows our central staff to administer the cards and accounts we have in Link Manager,” explains Mikael Ring, CEO and co-founder of Voltiva.
In the housing cooperative, all parking spaces have been equipped with charging outlets. With the help of smart and secure communication, Voltiva can have complete control over the charging stations from their central operations center.
