AddSecure, a leading European provider of secure IoT connectivity and end-to-end solutions, has been recognized as one of the top 25 winners of the Inspiring Workplaces Europe 2024 award. In addition to this prestigious honor, AddSecure also received best-in-class special recognition in the categories of "Inspiring Wellbeing" and "Inspiring Employee Experience".
Inspiring Workplaces Group (IW) announced the winners on May 17, 2024. Unlike other awards that rely on completing surveys, the Inspiring Workplace Awards require entrants to provide proof of their investment in people across six key categories: Culture and Purpose, Leadership, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Employee Voice, and Employee Experience.
According to the judges AddSecure's commitment to creating a people-first culture was evident in their submission, which showcased real and tangible examples of their work. The company's flexible working options and focus on employee wellbeing were particularly praised.
