Our approach in four clear steps

Analysis and planning

Verification by project manager of modules/functions to be implemented versus what has been ordered. Scheduling of installation dates for vehicles and software training. Configuration of the environment (e.g. activate modules, create administrator roles, import drivers, create groups, etc.)

Installation

Installation plan prepared by an outside installer, a certified AddSecure training/coaching partner and/or your workshop managers. All installation work must be performed by certified personnel for warranty conditions to apply.

Support

Full training in the use of AddSecure FMS platforms or RoadView with the implementation of all purchased service modules. Regular follow-up between the two project managers (AddSecure and client). On the AddSecure side, all actions and tasks are tracked in a CRM. Every project requires change management. Our teams have extensive experience in reassuring and supporting your employees.

Project closure

After rollout, organize a closing meeting with a full assessment of the state of the fleet and final validation of all devices. The file moves from project status to production status. Your contact person becomes customer service for the duration of the contract.

Because we want to continuously improve the quality of our customer service, we have introduced two satisfaction surveys: the tNPS, which is conducted after every interaction with our customer service, and the rNPS, which is sent to decision makers annually. We aim to score more than 50 out of 100 points.

Our customer service team provides prompt after-sales support tailored to your needs.

This includes creation of requests in an incident management system and efficient follow-up, with predefined resolution times depending on the urgency of each request (access to incident tracking history via a CRM).

Sales, administration & billing.

These services are responsible for managing orders, monitoring contracts, financing files, service invoices and Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures.
