1. Getting Started
When you access the login page for the first time (or after clearing cookies/changing browsers), you will see the main login screen (See Image A).
You have two options:
- Standard Login: Requires your old Mandant No., Username, and Password.
- SSO Login: Your new secure login method.
2. How to Create an SSO Account
To begin, please create your new secure account:
- Click the green button Create SSO Account on the main screen (Image A / Step 1).
- You will be taken to the registration form (See Image B / Step 2).
- Enter your desired SSO Username and SSO Password.
Password Requirements: To ensure security, your password must meet the following criteria:
- At least 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one digit
- At least one special character
Re-enter your password to confirm and click Register.
3. Linking to Your Existing Account
Note: This is a one-time step to connect your new SSO identity with your existing data.
After registering, a pop-up window will appear (See Image C / Step 3). You must verify your identity using your old credentials:
- Enter your Mandant No.
- Enter your current Login.
- Enter your current Password.
Click the blue button (Sign in) to link the accounts.
Once successful, your accounts are linked, and you can access the system via SSO.
4. Future Logins
For all subsequent logins, you do not need to register again.
- On the main screen, click the orange SSO Login button.
- In the new window (See Image D), enter your SSO username and password.
- Click Sign in.
