First-time SSO Login
When you log in for the first time – or if you use a different browser, computer, or have cleared your cookies – you’ll see two options: enter your username and password, or use SSO (see Fig. 1).
If you already have an SSO account, you can use the new login method right away. Otherwise, please enter your usual username and password and click “Log in.”
If the system detects an existing SSO account, it will prompt you to use it. If you don’t have an SSO account yet, follow the instructions on the screen to create one (see Fig. 2). The system may suggest your current username and password as your new SSO credentials. If the username is taken or the password doesn’t meet security requirements, you’ll need to update them. From now on, use your new SSO credentials to log in.
After creating your SSO account, and for all future logins, you will see only the SSO login option (see Fig. 3). Click “Log in with SSO”, and in the new window (see Fig. 4), enter your SSO username and password to continue using the system.
